Beginning at 7 p.m. March 1; ending at 10 a.m. March 2.

Once the museum doors have been locked for the evening and the lights go down, this exciting, caper-filled adventure will begin. RegTel drafts new rules for premium services

A reduction in the maximum spending limits for premium rate phone services is among the proposals contained in RegTel's new draft code of practice.

Under the premium rate regulator's new code, published Tuesday, the maximum spend on 'chat and dating' calls would be reduced from EUR60 to EUR40, while the maximum for 'live' services would go from EUR90 to EUR60. Operators of such services would also have to warn customers when they reach spending thresholds of EUR20 and EUR30 respectively.

Tom Higgins, CEO of Irish Psychics live, was quoted in the Irish Independent on Tuesday as saying: "We've been very unhappy with the code of practice for some time. Our price warning is given at 12 minutes (when EUR28.80 has been spent) and at 24 minutes (EUR57.60)."

Callers to psychic, tarot card and horoscope lines would also have to be informed that such services are for entertainment purposes only.

Infolive.TV Israel News Captures First Place Ranking

Jerusalem----August 30......As Israel was defending herself from cross-border terror attacks from Lebanon in 1999, Olivier Rafowicz was serving as an IDF Major responsible for all media communications from the Northern Command. Rafowicz, who had made Aliyah from France, took the initiative to place a well-known, respected military reporter from Israel's leading radio station in the lead vehicle of an IDF patrol which was climbing the narrow, twisting and lethal roads on Israel's border.

The commander of the IDF patrol insisted that the news reporter sit next to him for a bird's eye view. Being that there was no more room in the armored personnel carrier, Olivier stepped out and took a seat in a jeep behind the lead vehicle. Minutes later, there were two loud explosions and a plume of dark smoke rose from where the lead car was.

9 Ways To Help You Get More Financial Aid

AS COLLEGE COSTS escalate to new heights each year, landing a good financial-aid package has become just as important as the almighty acceptance letter itself.

The average total cost to attend a private, four-year institution — including tuition, fees, room and board — has increased 30% over the past five years, to $32,307 for the 2007-08 academic year, according to the College Board's Annual Trends in College Pricing report. At four-year public colleges and universities, costs are 40% higher, averaging a current $13,589. While the amount of financial aid has also risen, it's done so at a comparatively sluggish pace of 11%. During the 2006-07 academic year, the average package of loans and grants for undergraduates was $9,499.

To help close the gap between rising tuition costs and the amount of aid being offered, more than 40 colleges and universities — many of them endowment-rich Ivy League institutions — recently announced overhauls to their financial-aid programs.

Did Dodi Fayed sleep with model while courting Diana?

While he was courting Princess Diana, Dodi Al Fayed was continuing to have passionate all-night sex with his soon to be ex-lover, an underwear model, according to a taped phone conversation.

"You even flew me down to St Tropez to sit on a boat while you seduced Diana all day and f--- me all night," said Kelly Fisher in the final phone call between her and her former lover Fayed, a transcript of which was read in the inquest into Diana's death Wednesday.

"You told me you didn't even like her... why do you suddenly like her?" Fischer continued, according to the transcript.

Fisher said she made the call after hearing second hand through media reports that Fayed was dating Diana.

Taped by secretly Fisher in August 1997, Fayed and his jilted lover trade allegations about which one of them walked out first during the 20-minute phone conversation.
